When the whole that portrait of Mayor Hazel McCallion by Byron Osmond an "offensive to the entire community." when the Port Credit BIA was also acting as the local CENSORSHIP BOARD, there was a picture in another art gallery about a block way - that some people would point out to me as also a candidate for being "offensive to the entire community."
