How can City staff be this DUMB
and worse yet, leave it that way?
I guess they think taxpayers will not be smart enough to notice what is wrong!
So tell me does anyone see something a miss in this picture?
Some little something that appears to be a bit out of place?
That could be considered a threat to someone's safety along this sidewalk on Middlegate Rd.?
Maybe nothing had been done as it has not written satirical a poem about the local Councillor.
Well it certainly appears to have been rooted in its place for some time.
Oh well, looks like we can't expect any better from City workers.
