An Apology from a Peel police Officer - How Rare -
The reason for this apology was that Peel police officer Kenneth Delaney sent the City of Mississauga false information about my bail terms, which City security noted on their wanted poster of me. He stated I was "not to be within 200m of City centre Drive or 950 Burnhamthorpe Rd W".
Note in his apology "If I have made an error", like he can't be bothered to check the facts to if he had in fact made an effort. How is that for an example of his investigative skills.

Date: Fri, 15 Feb 2008 10:19:10 -0500 From: "Delaney, Kenneth" <Kenneth.Delaney@peelpolice.on.ca> To: "donbar" <donbar@eol.ca> Mr. Barber, It is my understanding that the the Peace Bond application against you was dismissed in court on February 14th. Regarding the file 06-105290 and the conditions of the related recognizance conditions passed on to the Cathie Evans of the City of Mississauga on the 8th of June, 2006.
The information I passed on was as I understood it from being in court at your bail hearing, and as I understood it when issued by the Justice of the Peace. You have informed me that I made an error relating the a 200m restriction relating to the City of Mississauga Hall and 950 Burhamthorpe Road West. If I have made an error in that regard, I apologize to you for any difficulty that it may have caused. If you would wish to have me apologize to you face to face, that too can be arranged. Best regards, Ken Delaney Peel Regional Police Staff Sergeant #1137
