Police State Style Data Base Records

City of Mississauga - security - just in!
That's right - right off their computer screens, the actual data base file they are keeping on me (well some of it),
and HUNDREDS of other Mississaugans, for many different reasons.
Have a look at how local government is keeping track of us.
The questions these records raise are many for those who know how these things work.
Well here they are - the first 3 pages - I say that as think there could be more. What is so striking is how one-sided and bias these records are and how they can affect service from City staff. The existence of this Data Base was discovered when City security refused to act professionally and receive letters correctly - even reneged on his promise to receive letters correctly after checking the computer. How nice of him! A significant point is I had just received what should have been all City security records about me from the City by way of an FOI request - this was not part of the records provided - why? Why did City security not forward all records when asked to?
First of all - there is no mention of the fact that the Courts did not agree with anything City security claimed against me on June 7th. That City Council ended the ban against me sooner than the 2 years, upon my request after all changes were withdrawn and that should be interrupted as not agreeing its own City security!
Note on page 2 it gives reason for bans - Disturbance - Mischief - Assault. I was never charged with "Mischief", so why is it there? Is City security just making up reasons to pad their hidden records?
This Data Base is all about justifying denying access to City property & City elected officials - not up-holding their rights as taxpayers to do lawful business with the City or Canadians Charter Rights. Worse of all, it does not reflect the fact the Courts will support City security claims. This Data Base, which City security staff will refer to each time call my name in, reads like they did nothing wrong that day and therefore as I have been banned in the past - it would be a good idea to ban me again, just to be on the safe side, first chance they get. In fact it can be said that this kind of record keeping encourages Mississauga Corporate Security to issue bans against persons who have had past bans!
