"She advised that currently there are no complaints logged by Security regarding Security staff.", Brenda Breault, is listed in the minutes as the Commissioner of Corporate Services and Treasurer, she also does FOI's and her statement should be considered as a falsehood because the Mayor, all City Councillors and Janice Baker, City Manager & Chief Administrative Officer, all were faxed a copy of my complaint - so why would City security not receive a copy? Also, the Mississauga Muse has stated that she has submitted complaints to City security. But having said that, why does Council not refer my complaint directly to City security? Does Mississauga City Council feel City security can't handle complaints about its service or actions? Are they trying to help cover-up City security's actions? Does the City want to keep on saying "no complaints logged by Security regarding Security staff.", because it sounds like Mississauga City security is so bloody good that no one complaints about them - regardless of the facts!
Click here for the full list of letters, events and other details about the complaints and how the City is mishandling them.
After all, having the proof that the City of Mississauga's security edited and destroyed evidence in a criminal case is very special, indeed!
From the minutes of Mississauga for Dec. 12, 2007 - page 5.
(c) City Security
Donald Barber, President, Friends of the Cawthra Bush and Greater Mississauga Area and Chair, The Cawthra Ratepayers? and Residents? Association, appeared before Council advising that the City lacks a proper complaint process regarding City security. In response to comments made by Mr. Barber with respect to how the City handles complaints regarding staff, the Commissioner of Corporate Services and Treasurer advised that all complaints received from the public by Security regarding staff are logged and appropriate action taken. She advised that currently there are no complaints logged by Security regarding Security staff.
A verbal motion of receipt and referral to staff for appropriate action was voted on and carried.
Received/Referred to the Commissioner of Corporate Services and Treasurer
