Privacy office appealing database release
Does the Ontario's Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC), have a hidden agenda regarding the releasing of government computer records? Is that the reason why I was stone walled by bureaucrats and their frivolous & vexatious reasons. Would access to City computer files be what the government and the IPC want to make sure does not happen and be the reason why I got abused by the City and IPC, so badly? Toronto Star - May 28, 2002
