Satirical poem displayed criticizing Mississauga City Councillor Pat Saito results in criminal charges

- Antonio Batista, a 75 year old man, represented by Clayton Ruby, will appear in the Brampton Court House located at 7755
Hurontario Street on Monday, May 28, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. for the start of a two day trial on criminal charges of uttering a threat and intimidation with
respect to a satirical poem he distributed that was critical of Mississauga City Councillor Pat Saito. Yes, we said criminal charges. Yes, we know. It's
hard to believe.
