    Hand delivered to our homes by courier Dec. 8 about 4:30 or late the day before.
In other words the City would have known by Noon that the meeting was cancelled and yet the City can't find the time to write an accurate letter for the public to use.  Nor could the City give the date of next Planning meeting.  Which is odd as the City knew it was going to ask for this delay since Nov. 26-03!

Please be advised that the City will be requesting-that the hearing of these- appeals be adjourned to February 9, 2004 in order to allow the City to complete its review of the applications and bring forward a Corporate Planning report to the Planning and Development Committee and to Council for public discussion and determination. You will be notifed of the date for the Planning and Development Committee meeting.

The Appellant has agreed to the City's request. However, the Ontario Municipal Board will be convening Monday December 8, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. to receive the City's request and grant the adjournment if appropriate.

If the adjournment is granted, the evening session of the Ontario Municipal Board hearing of these appeals scheduled for Tuesday December 9, 2003 at 7:00 pm will be cancelled.

Therefore, if you intend to come to the evening session, please contact Olivio Fatigati, Legal Counsel for the City of Mississauga at (905) 615-3743, on Monday December 8, 2003, after 12:00 p.m to confirm if the adjournment has been granted and the evening session has been cancelled for Tuesday December 9, 2003 at 7:00 p.m,
