Also, the Mississauga Muse has stated that she has submitted complaints to City security. But having said that, why does Council not refer my complaint directly to City security? Does Mississauga City Council feel City security can't handle complaints about its service or actions? Are they trying to help cover-up City security's actions? Does the City want to keep on saying "no complaints logged by Security regarding Security staff.", because it sounds like Mississauga City security is so bloody good that no one complaints about them - regardless of the facts! Association, appeared before Council advising that the City lacks a proper complaint process regarding City security.
