A): Was my formal complaint forwarded to City Security staff? If so why are you responding and City Security staff?

B): What is "the special nature of the work performed by security staff", that you refer to?

C): As your letter admits "the City does not have a formal complaints processing system to deal with complaints made by the public about City staff," when will the City have such a process and will the public then be allow to present the horror story’s they have suffered under by City security?

D): You note that "the purpose of this letter is to formally respond to the issues you have raised", But no where have you noted any investigation. Is it true to say you have not formally investigated my complaints? That you are only responding to my complaint letter and not ALL of the specific issues noted in my formal complaint letter?

E): When you give reference to the actions of the City security guard that day and the Municipal Act you failed to note any rights of the public to address their elected officials and the right of the Mayor to allow that. Is it not true that you have failed to address the specific events of the day in question, the actions of City security that day and that your last paragraph is just a general statement about the duties of City security?

F): I see do not see where your letter specifically address the events of the day in question - that I had leave to address Council by the Mayor and never was asked to leave before City security took it upon themselves to order us from Council/City hall. Please respond to this matter in very specific terms.
