Items of note;

The 10 & 11 Wards are new for the 2006 election so there are no incumbents and in the schools trustee races where they represent more then 1 Ward, if it includes either of the new Wards there is no incumbent. 

Sorry to say there was one incumbent who was acclaimed but other than that there were election races in which issues were presented, questions asked and different solutions were presented.  What a Democracy is all about.
